- This is an application for two very tall turbines in an area that doesn't yet have turbines. They will stick out like a sore thumb. They will most likely need lights on top. It is not ok to only determine this issue after consent without public feedback. The public needs to know what to expect. For Camster II infrared lights were promised and then the developer, HIAL and THC agreed on flashing red lights.
